Organisiert hatte dies unser Ehrenwehrf\u00fchrer Klaus R\u00fchmann, der uns dort auch, unter anderem, seinen Arbeitsplatz zeigen konnte. Am Itzehoer Bahnhof angekommen teilten wir uns in zwei Gruppen auf. Der Notfallmanager der Bahn unterwies uns \u00fcber die Gefahren im Gleisbereich f\u00fcr die Einsatzkr\u00e4fte. Nachdem ein Gleis f\u00fcr uns gesperrt wurde, konnten wir uns dort gefahrlos bewegen und auch mal eine Handweiche stellen. Viele Fragen wurden beantwortet. Im Anschlu\u00df gingen wir in den Leitstand und lernten die Arbeit der Mitarbeiter kennen. Immerhin wird von Itzehoe aus die Marschenbahn von Gl\u00fcckstadt bis zur Eider betreut. Auch hier blieb keine Frage offen.
